Coworkers at Lakeside Generations in Dassel, Minnesota nominated Rehabilitation Aide Paige Lillquist for this month’s Face of Caring. She is constantly coming in early to help residents and staff during the morning shift change. Her main focus when she arrives is getting early risers up and ready to go. Paige is known for her patience and kindness—whether she is administering personal care or assisting people in need of rehabilitation. She has great success with helping residents to get up and walk. Paige is also a terrific patient advocate and her dedication and flexibility add to the fact that she is a nimble communicator and team player. Her personality and positive attitude make Paige a perfect fit for this month’s feature!
