Augustana Care’s Apple Valley staff is excited to share that from now on, the health care center will be known as Augustana Care Health and Rehabilitation of Apple Valley. The new name better represents our mission and focus, as rehabilitation is a significant part of what we do. The name change coincides with the conclusion of remodeling to update Augustana Care Health and Rehabilitation’s features and amenities.
